End of another week’s waiting....

That’s it, Friday is here.

Still no news on the car, I’m currently awaiting the registration number so that I can get my insurance in place for it to be taxed and registered correctly etc.

I’ve still not seen an Ed30 on the road as yet, so that’s quite pleasing. I’m sure once mine arrives they will be everywhere, but nevermind, I’ll be too busy driving it! :)

There’s still no official word on whether VW are actively producing more than the 1500 originally stated for the Ltd Edition run. I’m sure there would be a few cheesed off people if they had specifically bought it because it was a limited production run.

Golf GTI Edition 30 ordered!

First blog post on my new Edition 30 blog.

Well, thought I'd set up a blog and maintain it through the ordering and ownership of my forthcoming golf GTI Edition 30.

Today, my model GTI arrived :) A Norev 1/18th scale Silver 3dr Golf GTI (it was the closest I could get to my actual car).

So, I ordered my new car last month and it should be delivered the 2nd week of March on a new 08 plate :D

It's a Silver, 5dr, Manual, Golf GTI Edition 30 with the 30gb touchscreen, DVD SatNav. With 230bhp as standard.

Age - Minus 1 month

Miles - 0 (Hopefully)
